How to delete your data

ADS UP respects your right to delete personal data. You can request deletion in two ways:

Option 1: From Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find "ADS UP" in the list
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Facebook will notify us automatically and we will delete your data within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation code and a status URL where you can track the progress of your deletion.

Option 2: Contact us directly

Send an email to hello@adsup.pro with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address you used to sign up.

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What we delete

  • Your account information (email, name, profile image)
  • Connected platform tokens (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Business profiles and knowledge base entries
  • Content you created (posts, campaigns, scheduled items)
  • Messages from connected inboxes
  • Leads and customer data
  • AI chat history

Data we retain

We may retain anonymized aggregate statistics and records required for legal compliance (billing, tax) for up to 7 years. No personally identifiable information is kept beyond the deletion process.

A confirmation record (without personal data) is kept at /data-deletion/status/{code} so you can verify that your request was processed.
