This Refund Policy explains when and how we provide refunds for paid subscriptions to AdsUp.Pro. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except (a) where a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires a refund, (b) where this policy expressly provides for one, or (c) at our discretion as a good-faith gesture.
For your first paid subscription only, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided you have not materially used the Service. "Materially used" means activities including but not limited to: publishing more than 5 posts to connected platforms, creating live ad campaigns, generating more than 50 AI completions, or using the Service in a way we reasonably consider commercial.
The 14-day guarantee does not apply to subsequent renewals, plan upgrades, add-ons, or to accounts that have previously held a subscription.
If you are a consumer (not a business) resident in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You expressly consent to begin using the Service immediately upon subscription, and you acknowledge that once you start using the digital service, you lose the right of withdrawal to the extent of usage. We will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis if you withdraw within 14 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email hello@adsup.pro within the 14-day window.
If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, your subscription remains active until the end of the prepaid term and will not auto-renew. We do not refund unused months on annual plans except in the cases of (a) statutory consumer rights, (b) prolonged Service unavailability we cause, or (c) our termination for convenience without cause.
If you cancel a monthly plan, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing month and will not auto-renew. Monthly fees are not refunded pro-rata after the 14-day initial window.
We do not offer financial credits for outages absent a separately executed Service Level Agreement (SLA). For prolonged or severe outages affecting paying customers, we may, in our discretion, issue service credits or pro-rata refunds.
Refund requests linked to fraudulent payment methods, account abuse, AUP violations, sanctioned counterparties, or initiated more than 14 days after the charge will be denied.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback for a charge that is not fraudulent is a material breach of the Terms. We will dispute the chargeback, suspend your account, and may pursue collection of the disputed amount and associated fees.

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Card-network or bank-side delays may add up to 10 business days.
Refunds are issued in the currency of the original charge. Where exchange-rate fluctuation results in a different settled amount in your local currency, we are not liable for the difference.
